2014 sees Vans BOWL-A-RAMA™ Bondi celebrating its 10th birthday with skateboarding’s most successful and influential skaters. The line up is set to include Vans legendary skater Steve Caballero, new world champion Pedro Barros and the iconic Tony Hawk; who is coming out of his competitive retirement to help light the candles. They will join the rest of the world’s best skaters to make Vans BOWL-A-RAMA™ Bondi the pinnacle of all bowl skate competitions.
The shores of Bondi Beach, Sydney will play host to skateboard competition Vans BOWL-A-RAMA™ Bondi, not only the biggest professional concrete event in the Southern Hemisphere, but also the biggest week of skateboarding infused cultural festivities in Australia.
In its tenth year, Vans BOWL-A-RAMA™ Bondi boasts a six day line-up of skateboarding infused cultural activities kicking off from February 18th, 2014 with the competition taking place Saturday February 22nd.

Tony Hawk will now join fellow “Bones Brigade” legends Mike McGill, Steve Caballero, Lance Mountain and Nicky Guerrero as a BOWL-A-RAMA™ alumni.

BOWL-A-RAMA™ was born on Bondi Beach – Sydney, Australia in 2005 and is the biggest professional concrete series in the World. With Wellington, Bondi, New York and the addition of Getxo, Spain, BOWL-A-RAMA can now call some of the most iconic destinations in the world home.
To mark the decade Destination NSW on behalf of the New South Wales Government will be partnering with Vans BOWL-A-RAMA™ Bondi.
