Nee pad slip, Streched medial ligament . The swelling is hard to get rid of, but there is very little pain or loss of strenth. Draining it can be a bad move, to greater risk of infection. Docs , orders try to keep off it as much as possible, ice on during skate cession breeks. The swelling is in front of the nee cap, no increased risk of patlla dislogdement :smiley: :smiley:
