Viva Glen Eira Skateboarders!

The fight has only just begun. We need to get heaps of skaters and their families at the 2 forthcomming meetings where Councillors will be “listening” to the community.

Community Consultation forums to plan future recreation services will be held on:

Wed 17th November; 7:00PM
McKinnon Public Hall
118 McKinnon Rd, McKinnon

Tues 23 November; 7:00PM
Glenhuntly Park Function Room
Cnr Neerim Rd & Booran Rds
Glenhuntly.

Its really important to get skateboarding to the top of the priority list.

Hey skaters - the next Glen Eira Community Consultation Forum is 7:00PM Tues 23rd Nov, Glen Huntly Park Function Room, Cnr Neerim and Booran Rd.

I think it would be good to get some different faces at this meeting. If you have been to the last couple of meetings, get a friend to go instead who hasnt been before.
Remind them to move randomly amongst the group rather than sitting together as a bunch of skaters.

If each of us get one friend to go we will get another good strong message to council.
