what you are looking at here is a pavement crack, which I like to call ‘the Crack of Love’.
the locals like the crack to pop ollies over, and others take the risk and danger in riding through it. but the rough terrain can slow you down on this one, so take caution and dont lock up!

I’ve been keeping one of my favourite pissweak haunts a secret but I can’t live with the guilt anymore. This is a specialised haunt and I have a setup that is dedicated entirely to riding this spot. Due to the tight nature of the space I use a short wheelbase deck with a very short nose.
This haunt is an easy place to grind. Due to the shifting of the soil and concrete you can get a grind simply by riding down the middle. Rad!! It was necessary to create small transitions with an angle grinder due to the tripping hazards presented to non skaters but now theres great little jumps to get air off and slash grind. Note the presence of both concrete and wooden ledges. The widening gaps between the slabs provide ample opportunity for stalling tricks such as the “headfirst dive into the roses”.
My local halfpipe…small granted …but the feeling of landing multiple kachunks on my banana board is highly recommended.
That’s revolutionary. You could do a frontside AND backside boardslide simultaneously.
