There’s been rumor of this for some time from both skaters and local residents. The goss is that it is considered unsuitable / dangerous and is under-used by the local kids. I belive it was built & paid for by the estates developer…ie it didn’t cost council anything to put in.
Does anyone know if there is any truth to this rumor, any locals with links to the council?..Point Cooks one of our best bowls!
For the cost of demolition, a nice street plaza thing could be put in next to it to create an all round skatepark for everyone to use.
