wish id read this about 10 months ago. my 2 solutions for the problem

  1. jam the nut with 3 screw bits then tighten to required torque. problem with this is you cannot adjust the tightness once the trucks are mounted

  2. swap stage 9 indies base plates for earlier stage base plate.
