www.skateboard.net.au is not connected to a federation yet.

The DNS for this domain points here, which is the hard part and it is working. What is missing is the last step.

Open Admin → Settings on your federation’s site and put www.skateboard.net.au in the Own domain box, spelled exactly as it appears above.
www and the bare domain are different addresses. If you typed one and are visiting the other, that alone explains this page.
If it is already saved, the domain also has to be added to the hosting account — ask whoever runs the platform.
